  • Print form.
  • Complete form and sign.
  • Sign and date "Hold Harmless" section.
  • Deliver or mail to Greater Edmonds Chamber of Commerce.
  • If you are a business or political entry include payment.
  • Deadline to submit will be announced later.
  • Note on Judging: units must be in position in the assembly area by 10:30pm to qualify for judging.
