Driving Directions for Vendors - From I-5 take the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry exit and follow the signs to Edmonds and the Kingston Ferry Terminal. When you reach 100th cross street – a major intersection with Albertson’s to your right, a gas station to the left and QFC food store kiddy corner – go right. Continue along 100th (this street becomes 9th) until you reach a stop sign at Main, go left and down the hill to 7th Avenue.  The festival site is contained within Bell Street and the Civic Center Playfield between 7th Avenue and on 6th Avenue

If your booth is located on Bell St. or 6th Ave., turn right on seventh and then left on Bell street. Traffic is one way so have patience.

If your booth is on the field, continue north on 7th and take a left at the service entrance located at the NE corner of the grounds.

Booth Sites - The sites will be marked with booth numbers and space perimeters, please adhere to these. The streets will not accommodate two vehicles passing each other easily therefore during set-up and tear down; it’s one-way traffic only. It is not possible to assign everyone the space of choice, however we do try to accommodate your special needs. We advise you to secure your booth and protect your merchandise in the event of wind or rain. Electricity is provided, bring lights and extension cords.

Schedule for Vendor Setup - The site will be available for set-up at noon till dusk on Thursday and from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Friday morning. Please come early, a busy Thursday is easier to handle than a frantic Friday morning. All vehicles must be removed from the site by 10 a.m. on Friday without exception.  We ask that you unload your vehicle then park it before setting up so that everyone has access to their space.

Parking - All parking is in a designated vendor area on the field. Enter at the Service Gate off the alley at 7th just before Daley Street (see map). Large rigs may be asked to park on the “in field” and must remain there for the entire event. You will not be admitted without a parking pass on your dashboard so leave it there at all times. Staff will be directing the parking and traffic flow, please respect their wishes. We can accommodate only one vehicle per vendor; shuttle service is available at noon onwards from Edmonds Woodway High School – 7600 212th Ave., SW Edmonds, WA 98026 for any helpers or family visiting you. The Festival site is patrolled day and night by police and security; however, you remain responsible for the security of your products.

Festival Hours
Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. to  7 p.m.

The Entertainment Stages pull the plug on the music sharply at 10 p.m. We do not expect you to stay open until that time unless there are customers for you but please remain open until dusk. Please be open each morning before 11 a.m. when the main gates open.
